Drawing from research, as well as using his own professional and lived experiences, David will offer a discussion on the link between separation from family and addiction and discuss challenges for both individuals and families. This webinar is for all members of the adoption, donor conceived, and NPE communities, including professionals. It includes a dialogue based on David’s lived experience—as an adopted person and a person in long-term recovery from substance use disorder—that will be supported by research and his expertise as an Addiction and Recovery Professional.
