David B. Bohl Testimony in Favor of Wisconsin AB 502 which Provides Access to Original Birth Certificate to Adult Adoptees

I had the honor today of providing testimony at the Wisconsin Assembly Public Hearing of the Committee on Children and Families on Assembly Bill 502.  Assembly Bill 502 will provide access for adult adoptees to original birth certificates.
